330/4 Egyptian Cotton (GIZA45) Fabric - Weight g.m2:  99/105
It is “The Best Fabric in the World” and represents the peak of luxury fabrics. Made of the best Egyptian cotton, it features a 330/4 yarn count and it is quadruple twisted. Brilliant raw materials, an exceptional level of handcraftsmanship and an exclusive luxury turn the fine art of fabric making into a new state of the art. The material is so rare that it only represents 0.4% of the total cotton production in Egypt and it is woven in Italy by highly skilled operators. Its softness and durability are simply unrivaled and confer on the shirt unique and remarkable features to soothe and fuel your senses. 330/3 Egyptian Cotton (GIZA45) Fabric - Weight g.m2:  84/89
For this fabric, only the very best Egyptian cotton is used as the raw material. This fabric is made by three yarns of 330/1, that are twisted together to obtain the 330/3 count, thanks to the triple-fold yarn. The resultant fabric has amazing characteristics, compactness, lasting strength, natural luminosity that is typical of a twisted yarn, united with the natural silkiness. 


300/2 Egyptian Cotton (GIZA45) Fabric - Weight g.m2:  65/73
This fabric features a double twisted yarn and it is characterized by a 300/2 count and a strength below 100 grams. The best extra-long staple Egyptian cotton which is used as the raw material, is cultivated in a small area of Egypt and represents just 0.4% of Egypt's total cotton production. To obtain the 300/2 count, the finest bales are selected and those with the best qualities are picked. Utmost fineness, length and strength are wanted and just 2% of the bales that are examined meet these specifications. The yarn is so delicate that the looms have had to be adjusted to work at very low speeds, combining craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology. Only highly skilled staff, with long-term experience, are able to oversee weaving. Just one operator works on each loom in order to guarantee utmost precision. To make the fabric even more compact, each cm has 107 threads and 54 strokes, with more than 300 plies per square cm. The final finishing stage is also based on the finest methods of traditional Italian textile production. 


240/2 Egyptian Cotton (GIZA45) Fabric - Weight g.m2:  84/88
This fabric is made of the best cotton in the world. The raw material which is used to create this wonder of shirting, is spun in Italy on cutting edge compact spinning frames. This fabric is characterized by superlative fineness and compactness of the yarn, a specific spooling and dyeing process has been developed to obtain an even color. Since the weaving process represents a highly complex phase, it is woven on the most modern looms at reduced speeds in order to guarantee absolute precision and an amazing result. The subsequent process features the finishing treatment which is specifically crafted to confer on the fabric the desired silky feel and an extraordinary brightness. Each square centimeter of this fabric is is characterized by a carefull inspection that takes place at the end, so that an impeccable quality is delivered to the final customers. 


200/2 Egyptian Cotton (GIZA45) Fabric - Weight g.m2:  88/92
This fabric features a double twisted yarn and it is characterized by a 200/2 count. This quality of fabric features a wide collection that gracefully fullfills the tastes of shirting true connoisseurs. A brilliant collection that is characterized by plain colors, stripes and micro checks. The collection also includes fabrics featuring colored backgrounds.
